Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements & Skills:
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (such as an MBA with an accounting specialization).
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification preferred.
3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
